Raspberry Oatsgraditude quotePink Mornings

1 cup rolled oats*

1 cup raspberries (frozen is fine)

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup chopped macadamias

1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract (optional)

Enough natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt to ensure the mixture is wet, this might be around 1 – 2 cups, I shall remember to measure it next time.

Put the ingredients into a container that has a lid (the glass ones are great) and mix well. Leave it in the fridge for several hours or overnight. Serve, eat, enjoy!

We often add goji berries and think this addition, while unnecessary, is divine.

*If you are grain free you can simply omit the oats or use a mixture of nuts and seeds.
